HOUSE TAPS

Archetype Pilsner

ABV 5.5%

Our take on the traditional unfiltered German Pilsner, this lager is made with the finest Spring grown barley from Germany, along with a notable quantity of old-world ‘noble’ hops throughout the boil. This Pils is then fermented and rested cold on a unique yeast from a Bavarian monastery to create a clean, crisp and balanced lager.

1 ¼ IPA

ABV 7.3%

A little bit bigger IPA. This beer begins with the finest pale and crystal malts available. The juiciest and dankest hops are then added in massive proportion throughout the brewing process. We then dry-hop with more, and more, and more of these hops.

Lodestar Dry-Hopped Wheat Ale

ABV 5.4%

In addition to wheat, we added a touch of rye to the grain bill of this sessionable hoppy wheat ale for a light and dry finish. Amarillo and Centennial hops are added throughout the boil for a balanced flavor and bitterness. Finally, we dry-hopped with large amounts of Citra and Amarillo hops to provide a strong citrus floral aroma.

Cardigan Foreign Export Stout

ABV 7.5%

This style of stout is a little stronger with slightly more hops than the traditional stout. We brewed this beer with numerous premium roasted malts to give nuanced layers of chocolate, cocoa and coffee. A few generous additions of Crystal hops throughout the brewing process balances out this smooth and satisfying stout.

Origin English IPA

ABV 6.5%

Made in the style of the original English India Pale Ales, this IPA is brewed with the finest Pale Ale malts, and the iconic Goldings hops from the East Kent region of England. The hop character is spicy, herbal and floral; giving it a subtle and balanced character not found in today’s more citrus forward IPA’s. Enjoy the Original

Keinbach Doppelbock

ABV 7.9%

This German dark lager is a true winter warmer. Made with large quantities of numerous types of Munich malts, this beer is deep and complex. We lager with yeast from Bavarian monastery for two months to ensure a crisp and balanced finish.

Lightly floured, flash fried and tossed in a Chili Garlic Anchovy Oil with Cherry Peppers and friend capers. (Vegetarian Option Available)

WELSH RAREBIT

Grilled Sourdough topped with pale ale pimento cheese sauce and bacon jam.

BURRATA

A 4oz. cream filled mozzarella ball served with tomato jam, an olive oil and basalmic drizzle and basil chiffonade. Served with a side of ciabatta bread

DENVER KETTLE CHIPS
Hand-crafted and locally made Denver Chip Co kettle chips served with a side of our charred-onion and avocado sauce.

Fresh fried tortilla chips served with house made wood-fire roasted salsa.
