House cut pickle slices dredged in beer batter and fried to a crisp, served with a side of Ranch dressing.

INTERCESSION CREAM ALE
In the tradition of this classic American style, we brewed Intercession with 6-row barley and flaked corn in the grist and the addition of New Zealand’s Noble-like hop Motueka to add balance and light aromas of lime. Fermented slightly cooler, this cream ale is quite dry with mild corn sweetness.
VIVACIOUS BLONDE ALE
With this American Blonde Ale, we wanted to create a light bodied ale more lively in character. Using mostly German Pilsner malt, and a small addition of specialty malts, we added a blend of citrus forward hops in the boil, along with a heavy dry-hop of 100% Citra hops. This beer has soft grassy undertones balanced with moderate bitterness and light notes of lemon peel and citrus.
APRICOT & RASPBERRY CREAM ALE
We took our Intercession Cream Ale and rested it on a puree of apricots and raspberries to create a beer that is light and fruity with a little tartness on the finish.
Brewed in opposition to the dank and juicy IPAs and Pale Ales of today, this classic English style ale has considerable character. Maris Otter malts balance nicely against the East Kent Golding hops that provide a counterpoise of bitterness to the sweet malt flavors that are subtly enhanced by the esters from the yeast.
THERESE OKTOBERFEST LAGER
We named our inaugural Oktoberfest lager for the Bavarian princess whose marriage to Ludwig I kicked off the festivities that would one day become Oktoberfest. Full-bodied, Therese is made with mostly German Pilsner malt and small amounts Munich I and Amber malts to give it a Copper color and light biscuit flavors. Saaz hops give balance to the malt and add a light peppery bitterness to the finish.
A farmhouse ale brewed with mostly German Pilsner malt and a touch of wheat. We balanced with a small amount of Saaz hops and fermented on a French Saison yeast strain, creating simple flavors carefully balanced to result in a subtle complexity.
1 3/4 IMPERIAL IPA
For our 2nd Anniversary, we brewed a big sibling version of the original 1 1/4 IPA. This hefty (but not quite double) IPA was brewed with English Pale malt and a touch of Crystal malt for body and color. We dosed this beer with ridiculous amounts of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Motueka hops, to create big dank flavors of citrus and juicy tropical fruit. Strikingly balanced, watch out, this one may creep up on you.
Slightly skinnier than our Corduroy Robust Porter, a complex malt bill is the highlight of this American Porter. Pinwale produces aromas of chocolate that carry over into the flavor. Dark, roasted barley and East Kent Golding hops provide balance and help to contribute to a dry finish.
