Our take on the traditional unfiltered German Pilsner, this lager was made with the finest Spring grown barley, along with a notable amount of old world “noble” hops. This lager is then fermented and rested cold to create a clean, crisp, and balanced lager.
EL VECINO MEXICAN LAGER
Our Mexican style lager is made with the finest barley, flaked maize, a touch of noble hops, and a proprietary blend of two lager yeasts. Light, smooth, and very drinkable, it’s the right beer for the warm days of summer. Served with a lime.
HOUNDSTOOTH DRY IRISH STOUT
In the tradition of Irish stouts, Houndstooth is lighter on the alcohol and heavier on the dry roast flavors. Our dark beer of the season, we brewed this stout in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day this year. East Kent Golding hops in the boil along with the dark and roasted malts create a stout that is balanced toward notes of coffee and cocoa that finishes quite dry.
SLAPHAPPY SESSION IPA
This super light-bodied, hop forward ale is built for patio crushing. A malt bill of mostly German heirloom malts and Scottish pale malts create a stage to hightlight the hops. Sorachi Ace, Citra, and Motueka hops push flavors and aromas of lemon, lime, and a touch of dill, finishing slightly dry with a balancing bitterness.
Brewed in opposition to the dank and juicy IPAs and Pale Ales of today, this classic English style ale has considerable character. Maris Otter malts balance nicely against the East Kent Golding hops that provide a counterpoise of bitterness to the sweet malt flavors that are subtly enhanced by the esters from the yeast. Also available on Nitro.
DAGDA BELGIAN GOLDEN STRONG
Named after a Celtic deity prior to the Roman Empire, Dagda has a very simple grain bill of mostly Pilsner malt and Belgian light candi sugar. Light hop additions bring balance and set the stage to highlight the yeast character. We fermented with a traditional Belgian ale yeast that produces floral aromas and flavors of banana and clove.
The Simulation is a shoutout to some of our favorite IPAs that we’ve been enjoying lately. An ample dose of Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops in the boil give this beer a bold tropical fruit and citrus character. The backbone of Pilsner and Pale malts open a space for the hops to shine, resulting in a dry, bold, bitter finish.
This unique Saison is made with Pale and Pilsner malts from the farmlands of Bavaria. A proprietary yeast blend split between Belgian and French farmhouse-derived strains makes for a spicy nose and clean finish.
