We are so excited to be serving up our delicious food and beer on premise for our customers again, while we continue to follow all regulations the city has provided. Not interested in dine-in service just yet?  We still have some great Takeout Specials available! The health and safety of our staff and guests are of the utmost importance to us. We have upped our cleaning/disinfecting procedures, all tables are 6 feet apart, and masks are required when placing an order at our window or when you enter the taproom to use the restrooms. JUPITER BELGIAN GOLDEN ALE

ABV: 7.0%

A Belgian Golden Ale that is quite expansive.  Pilsner malt of the highest caliber is matched to a legendary monastic yeast strain.  Subtle and engaging, a beer that seems to have no boundaries.

EL VECINO MEXICAN LAGER

ABV 5.0%

Our Mexican style lager is made with the finest barley, flaked maize, a touch of noble hops, and a proprietary blend of  two lager yeasts.  Light, smooth, and very drinkable, it’s the right beer for the warm days of summer.  Served with a lime.

PERCIVAL IPA

6.6%

Named after the original pursuer of the Holy Grail.  This is the latest in our search for the perfect hop combination.  Loads of Citra, Cashmere, and Simcoe hops rest on a backdrop of German heirloom pale malts, continuing our search for the ideal IPA balance. 

ORIGIN ENGLISH IPA

6.3%

Made in the style of the original English India Pale Ales, this IPA is brewed with the finest pale ale malts from England and Germany.  The iconic Golding hops from the East Kent region of England give a character that is earthy and herbal, lending a subtle balance not often found in todays citrusy IPAs.

MOOSACH DOPPELBOCK

ABV 8.0%

This German dark lager is a true winter warmer.  Made with large quantities of numerous types of Munich malts, this beer is deep and complex.  We lager for two months with yeast from the world’s oldest, continuously operating brewery in a Bavarian monastery, creating a crisp and balanced finish.

ARGYLE OATMEAL STOUT

ABV 6.1%

Argyle is inspired by the classic oatmeal stouts of the British Isles.  In this seasonal stout, we used the the finest heirloom pale malts,  British roasted malts, and some fresh flaked oats to add complex body and satisfying  flavour.  This ale is balanced with East Kent Golding hops and house ale yeast, in order to let the malt do most of the talking.

ANTISCIA BELGIAN DARK STRONG

ABV 10.2%

This Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale is a collaboration with our friends from Banded Oak Brewing Company.  Auspiciously brewed during a rare celestial event called an Antiscion, we just about maxed out the mash tun, then added a generous amount of Belgian dark candi sugar to the kettle.  Finally, we briefly aged this ale on French oak to slightly accentuate the dryness of this classic style.
