JUPITER BELGIAN GOLDEN ALE
A Belgian Golden Strong Ale that is quite expansive. Pilsner malt of the highest caliber is matched with a legendary monastic yeast strain. Subtle and engaging, a beer that seems to have no boundaries.
EL VECINO MEXICAN LAGER
Our Mexican style lager is made with the finest barley, flaked maize, a touch of noble hops, and a proprietary blend of two lager yeasts. Light, smooth, and very drinkable, it’s the right beer for the warm days of summer. Served with a lime.
LUGARENO VIENNA LAGER
A Vienna Mexican style lager made in the spirit of the traditional beer brewed by immigrants to Mexico in the 1800s. We use only the finest Vienna and Pilsner malts combined with a touch of noble hops to provide a balanced and refreshing historical brewing experience.
SWANSEA AMERICAN PALE ALE
An ode to the American pale ales of the 90’s and early 00’s, Swansea is named for an old school recently dug up here in Denver. Made with German heirloom pale malts, we added loads of Amarillo and Centennial hops in the boil and dry hop to create citrusy aromas with light bitterness and a slightly dry finish.
Brewed in opposition to the dank and juicy IPAs and Pale Ales of today, this classic English style ale has considerable character. Maris Otter malts balance nicely against the East Kent Golding hops that provide a counterpoise of bitterness to the sweet malt flavors that are subtly enhanced by the esters from the yeast.
ARGYLE OATMEAL STOUT
Argyle is inspired by the classic oatmeal stouts of the British Isles. In this seasonal stout, we used the the finest heirloom pale malts, British roasted malts, and some fresh flaked oats to add complex body and satisfying flavour. This ale is balanced with East Kent Golding hops and house ale yeast, in order to let the malt do most of the talking.
WINNOWED WHEAT ALE
In this American Wheat Ale, we used bitter orange peel and a good amount of Amarillo hops to balance the Pilsner and wheat malts that contribute to the medium body and a mild sweetness.
ANTISCIA BELGIAN DARK STRONG
This Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale is a collaboration with our friends from Banded Oak Brewing Company. Auspiciously brewed during a rare celestial event called an Antiscion, we just about maxed out the mash tun, then added a generous amount of Belgian dark candi sugar to the kettle. Finally, we briefly aged this ale on French oak to slightly accentuate the dryness of this classic style.
