Not interested in dine-in service just yet? We still have some great Takeout Specials available! The health and safety of our staff and guests are of the utmost importance to us. We have upped our cleaning/disinfecting procedures, all tables are 6 feet apart, and masks are required when placing an order at our window or when you enter the taproom to use the restrooms. Asian BBQ braised pork belly finished on the wood-grille over top a 6 oz burger, served on a brioche bun with cucumbers, pickled veggies, sambal aioli, and garnished with peanuts and sesame seeds.

Our house porter, Corduroy is in the Robust Porter style. There are initial impressions of dark chocolate and coffee that give away to light notes of stone fruit in the background. The roasted malts are delicately supported by noble hops with a balanced and relatively dry finish. **Coffee infused available!**
BREWING IN CURSIVE FESTBIER
A collaboration with our friends at Cannonball Creek Brewing Co. We used Pilsner Vienna, and Pale malts combined with Hallertau Mittlefruh hops and lager yeast from the world’s oldest still functioning brewery to make an easy drinking version of the classic fall fest lager
STELLIUM AMERICAN RED ALE
Stellium is our hoppy red ale. Golden Promise barley from Scottland comes together with premium Caramalts to create a satisfying background for the Citra, Galaxy, and Idaho 7 hops that were used in proper abundance throughout the brewing process.
CAZIMI HOPPY WHEAT ALE
This very drinkable wheat ale starts by combining pale wheat malt and spring-grown barley malt in proper proportion. Then we tried to exactly align Citra and Galaxy hops throughout the boil, and in the dryhop, for a satisfying and thirst quenching drinking experience.
TRANSCENDENCE BELGIAN TRIPEL
Our Belgian-Style Tripel is made with the finest extra-light Pilsner malts, Belgian candi sugar, Styrian Wolf hops, and a classic yeast from one of Belgium’s most famous monasteries. The result is a satisfying strong golden ale that finishes dry and crisp.
GLIDER CIDER - COLORADO CIDER
Their flagship cider features a nose of sliced apples, a light sweetness, fresh apple flavors and a hint of tartness. If finishes much dryer than mass-market ciders.
SAUVIGNON BLANC - CARBOY WINERY
Tossed in your choice of Buffalo, BBQ, or Sweet & Spicy Asian. Served with carrots and celery sticks, and Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing $11
