Mahagon Czech Dark Lager
ABV 4.6%
A unique dark lager, made with Czech lager yeast, premium central European 2-row malts, and a proper amount of conditioning time. Light, drinkable, and satisfying.
ANDROMEDA WHEAT ALE
ABV 4.7%
A seasonal dry hopped wheat ale made with German pale wheat and Pilsner malts. Single hopped, and dry-hopped, with Australian Galaxy hops for a refreshing finish that has notes of tropical fruits.
Simulation IPA
ABV 6.3%
The Simulation is our ever-evolving house IPA. We use a similar grain bill of premium pale, pilsner and light crystal malts in each batch. We switch the hops from batch to batch with the best, and freshest, hops we can source. Simulation #5 contains Mosaic, Citra, and Strata. Balanced yet dank, this one should be satisfying for even the most sophisticated of IPA palates.
HOUNDSTOOTH DRY IRISH STOUT
ABV 4.5%
In the tradition of Irish stouts, Houndstooth is lighter on the alcohol and heavier on the dry roast flavors. Our dark beer of the season, we brewed this stout in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day this year. East Kent Golding hops in the boil along with the dark and roasted malts create a stout that is balanced toward notes of coffee and cocoa that finishes quite dry.

CAZIMI SESSION IPA
ABV 4.8%
Our new Session IPA is lower ABV, but is dry-hopped with every bit as much hops as our bigger IPA’s. In this ale we used some newer hop varietals from New Zealand to impart an uplifting tropical fruit character. The goal was to perfectly balance the hops throughout the boil to make a seamless transition, from fresh malt character to a clean hop bitterness and flavor profile. Very sessionable.
Bruja Rosa Trippel
ABV 8.0%
An enchantingly unique Belgian-style Trippel. This strong ale is made with premium Bavarian pilsner malts, a yeast strain from one of the original Belgian brewing monasteries, and a touch of pink peppercorns to give it a crisp and slightly spicy finish.
*made with pink peppercorns; those with tree nut allergies should avoid, as sometimes there is a similar reaction to pink peppercorns*
Wolverine Dance Party
ABV 9.3%
While we made this strong ale in the traditional Wee Heavy Scotch Ale style, maybe we should have called it a Way Heavy. A copious amount of Scottish grown pale and crystal malts make for a remarkably smooth big beer.
Tossed in your choice of Buffalo, BBQ, or Sweet & Spicy Asian. Served with carrots and celery sticks, and Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing.
Lightly floured, flash fried and tossed in a Chili Garlic Anchovy Oil with Cherry Peppers and friend capers. (Vegetarian Option Available)
